Job Description

Our team at the BAUR warehouse in Altenkunstadt is part of our Supply Chain Management team and is in regular communication with the office in Hamburg.

The team works independently and in a trusting work atmosphere at the ABOUT YOU office in the BAUR warehouse.

As a
Goods Receipt Assistant (m/f/d), you will process all clarification cases and act as our extended arm of the Hamburg office.

Responsibilities

Detailed work with article data on the PC, especially with MS Excel
Checks of deliveries in goods receipt
Clarification of article data deviations, delivery deviations and missing goods receipts
Working with MS Excel and handling our selfdeveloped merchandise management system
Independent and caserelated contact with international suppliers

Requirements

Very good MS Excel skills
First practical experience in a trade or logistics company (also within the scope of an internship) advantageous
Good knowledge of English
High motivation and fast, accurate work
Pragmatic approach and ability to see connections
