    Pay Rate: $45+

    Key Responsibilities:

    We are a privately-owned, state-of-the-art office looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our amazing team at XO Dentistry in Phoenix. As a Hygienist at XO Dentistry, you will play a vital role in providing excellent care to our patients. The ideal candidate should have incredible chairside manner and a passion for providing excellent dental services.     Schedule: Monday-Thursday *Sign on Bonus*

    Qualifications:
    - Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program

    -Local Anesthesia Certification, Current AZ RDH License, Current CPR Certification

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform hygiene clinical procedures, including, oral prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, administering local anesthesia and taking x-rays
    • Educate patients on the importance of oral hygiene, as well as instructions and demonstrations of effective oral hygiene methods
    • Communicate with doctor where there are opportunities in patients for restorative and/or periodontal needs
    • Obtain and review dental history and review patient health history. Ensure health history is updated for all returning patients.
