Thunderbird Dental Management, LLC, a leading dental practice management company, is currently seeking a skilled and highly motivated Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dental care and ensuring the oral health of our patients.

Responsibilities

Perform dental cleanings and periodontal treatments
Educate patients about oral hygiene practices and oral health
Take dental x-rays and assist the dentist during procedures
Provide preventive dental care, including sealants and fluoride treatments
Assist with patient scheduling, appointment reminders, and office management tasks
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborate with the dental team to assess and improve patient care

Requirements

Valid dental hygienist license
Minimum of [Insert relevant years of experience] years of experience as a Dental Hygienist
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to speak well and explain dental procedures to patients
Proficiency in performing periodontal treatments
Experience with dental office administrative tasks
Knowledge of dental insurance billing and coding

Additional Information

Thunderbird Dental Management, LLC offers a competitive salary range of $48.00 to $58.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance. This is a full-time position that requires working Mon-Thursday from 9-5pm.
