Description
Standard Requirements:
- Facilitating communication before, during and post event with clients and pertinent lodge staff to ensure a high level of service.
- Maximizing Banquet Food & Beverage and Meeting Room Rental revenues
- Menu planning, agenda setting, pre-planning coordination, guest room reservation coordination, on-site meeting services, and handling of all requests
- Host site inspections, maintain strong customer relationships, participating in event meetings
Essential Job Functions:
- Work closely with Banquets, Sales Managers and hotel team to ensure clients a smooth transition between departments. 2. Exemplary written and verbal skills
- Ability to anticipate issues, be very detail-oriented and aptly handle a fast-paced environment
