- Lead the implementation of Accertify's ADP payroll system.
- Oversee payroll for approximately 800 employees in various locations, including the USA, India, Spain, Mexico, and the UK.
- Play a significant role in the implementation, optimization, and full operational rollout of payroll processes.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll regulations.
- Facilitate effective collaboration between HR and Finance to achieve seamless payroll operations.
- Extensive experience in payroll management and system implementations, with a preference for ADP expertise.
- A deep understanding of HRIS and the integration of payroll systems.
- Knowledgeable in international payroll processing and financial principles related to payroll.
