Your Responsibilities:

Coordination, development, and optimization of warehouse processes
Implementation and compliance with occupational safety guidelines
Ensuring smooth operational flow
Communication with internal interfaces (purchasing, sales, QC)
Data and inventory maintenance in the warehouse management system
Inventory checks and stocktaking
Coordination of team members and representation of the warehouse management
Active participation in daily operations (picking, packaging, loading and unloading of goods)

Your Profile:

Successfully completed training in logistics and experience as deputy warehouse manager
Knowledge of process design and optimization
Organizational skills and resilience
Knowledge of warehouse management and inventory systems
Solutionoriented thinking and acting
Handson mentality
Good knowledge of MS Office
Experience working with MDE devices/scanners
Good German language skills, written and spoken
Knowledge of English is an advantage
