    Job Description:

    • Works under the supervision of the Complaint & Incident Intake Program Support Unit Manager.
    • Responsible for accurate data input of complaints and incidents into the CMS database.
    • Conducts reviews to ensure data accuracy.
    • Scans and uploads documents into the system.
    • Provides customer service and assists with various tasks.
    • Works on special projects as needed.

    Essential Job Functions:
    • Attends work regularly according to agency policies.
    • Serves as an expert for CMS systems.
    • Handles data entry accurately and timely.
    • Manages shared mailboxes and corrects errors.
    • Provides assistance to staff and completes assignments efficiently.
    • Performs tasks as assigned.

    Knowledge Skills Abilities:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software.
    • Skilled in database programs for data entry.
    • Able to work with confidential information.
    • Capable of setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
    • Familiar with regulatory programs.
    • Good communication and teamwork skills.
    • Able to work independently and train others.
    • Maintains a professional attitude with all stakeholders.
