The Opportunity:

Hourly Compensation:
$21.00/hr - $21.00/hr


Hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm Mon-Fri

Responsibilities:


  • Must have experience operating copiers producing documents for employees/clients
  • Must have experience processing mail & operating mail equipment
  • Scan documents using document scanner
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Process all incoming mail & process out going mail for FedEx, UPS, USPS
  • Handle office supplies & fill copiers with paper daily
  • Maintain copier equipment
  • Participate in crosstraining & maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
  • Legal/Law Firm background preferred
  • Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
  • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
  • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
  • A valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation to and from work
  • Lifting up to 55 pounds
