WHAT YOU'LL DO
Work with alerts and escalations matrixes to responding teams

Incident ownership, coordination and helping engineers with escalation to internal teams

Participate and be present in triage meetings via Teleconference

Coordinate and support active deployment and maintenance of Acronis software in a production environment

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

2+ years of experience on NOC System Administrator or similar role

Proven working experience with Linux Administration

Familiarity with Ticketing Systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, SAP

A willingness to learn a unique environment first, then apply technical knowledge

Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft 365 Products

DevOps background would be a plus

Skills and knowledge of Kubernetes, Ansible, Jenkins, Bash, Python would be a plus
