EIT Youth Activities in Leith-Hatfield, PA:


In order to address the societal challenges faced by the various KICs, it is crucial to have a skilled workforce that can meet the demands of the industry.

One of the main priorities of cross-KIC Education activities is to spark the interest of young students in societal challenges, technology, and entrepreneurship.

This aligns with the strategic objectives of EIT, which include strengthening activities at the school level.


Position:

Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Cross-KIC Education Project Specialist (M/F/d) under the supervision of the Head of Education, you will be part of the dedicated EIT Youth team and responsible for the following:

  • Contributing to the overall objectives of the EIT Youth work package by coordinating assigned tasks.
  • Supporting the implementation of the GGC project by coordinating specific tasks in collaboration with project partners/subcontractors (such as creating new learning content, expanding the GGC Teachers Guidebook, and overseeing the implementation of new modules on the learning platform).
  • Ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks and delivering highquality results (such as ensuring timely and highquality translations in 69 languages).
  • Exploring new partnerships and strategies to contribute to the financial sustainability goals.
  • Developing a quarterly newsletter for alumni tailored to the needs and interests of a young audience, in order to create and maintain a junior alumni community and promote EIT Youth activities.
