- Provides timely and efficient support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities that include, but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of meetings and events, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and logistics coordination.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Maintain inventory of promotional materials.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including first day folders and orientation logistics.
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and filing.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Update the company organization charts.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
- Track project performance to ensure the successful completion of short and longterm goals.
- Complies with established company work rules, policies, and procedures.
- Actively engages with other members of the company to continuously strive to improve processes, create efficiencies, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
- Cooperatively takes on other duties, roles, or responsibilities, as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information.
- Selfmotivated, driven, and competitive in nature
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma Required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in Canva a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access various departments of a given location.
- Must be willing to travel to other work sites/locations using a vehicle, whether personal or company owned.
Salary Range:
$41600 to $ 47840 annually
