Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provides timely and efficient support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities that include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings and events, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and logistics coordination.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Maintain inventory of promotional materials.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including first day folders and orientation logistics.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and filing.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Update the company organization charts.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
  • Track project performance to ensure the successful completion of short and longterm goals.
  • Complies with established company work rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Actively engages with other members of the company to continuously strive to improve processes, create efficiencies, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
  • Cooperatively takes on other duties, roles, or responsibilities, as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information.
  • Selfmotivated, driven, and competitive in nature

Education and Experience:


  • High School Diploma Required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in Canva a plus.

Physical Requirements:


  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to access various departments of a given location.
  • Must be willing to travel to other work sites/locations using a vehicle, whether personal or company owned.

Salary Range:
$41600 to $ 47840 annually
