Overview:
Jersey Shore Ambulatory Surgical Center is seeking a Materials Manager to join our team We are a state of the art multi-specialty ambulatory surgical center in Somers Point, New Jersey.
Description:
The Materials Manager determines and maintains appropriate inventory levels to meet the requirements of scheduled procedures, ensures high-quality supplies are obtained, at best available pricing whenever practical, and assists with negotiation of vendor pricing.
What we are seeking:
- Prior professional experience working with health care systems and/or health care providers in a surgical setting.
- Fouryear college degree (preferred), or high school diploma or GED with equivalent years of materialsmanagement experience, required.
- Computer experience required.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology, preferred.
- Scrub Tech experience, preferred
