What to expect:


  • As a calculator for structural construction (m/f/d), you will carry out cost calculations for construction projects in the structural phase
  • You will review the tender documents for completeness
  • You will conduct investigations such as site inspections or plan reviews
  • You are responsible for the accurate and correct determination of production costs for construction services in the structural phase
  • Timely preparation and submission of complete bid documents is also part of your responsibilities
  • Your area of expertise includes determining production costs based on performance rates, construction equipment, labor, materials, transportation, and subcontractor costs
  • You will create the initial cost estimate
  • You will coordinate the preparation, participation, documentation, and followup of team meetings on cost calculation topics and bidder discussions

Your foundation:


  • You have a degree in civil engineering (m/f/d), architecture (m/f/d), or a comparable education
  • Professional experience in the construction industry is advantageous and ideally you have some knowledge in the field of cost calculation
  • You have knowledge of construction contract law (VOB and BGB)
  • You have user knowledge of constructionspecific software, ideally iTWO
  • You are convincing with your independent and resultsoriented way of working
  • Analytical thinking, a high level of commitment, as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting round off your profile
