The award-winning Pacific Bath is the exclusive dealer in Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and Arizona for KOHLER's LuxStone Walk-in Showers and Walk-in Baths.

We are consistently growing every month and are looking for experienced Sales Reps to join our current team

We are looking for Sales Representatives that are
HEAVY HITTERS in the home improvement industry or in-home sales, with a proven and verifiable success rate Sales Representatives are paid 100% commission with a bonus structure that rewards producers


Income potential starting at $150k and NO COLD CALLING

What you'd do:


  • Successfully complete
    Kohler specific sales training.
  • Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our unique products and outstanding services. (
    Weekday evenings and Saturdays required).
  • Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation.
  • Become a professional expert, fulfilling all steps in providing customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business.
  • Attend and participate during sales and general meetings.
