Job Summary
The Supply Chain Performance Manager oversees Supply Chain processes, IT systems, and Vendor and Procurement Compliance programs; carries out standardization, governance, measurement and performance management of supply chain activities; develops and implements performance management strategies analyzes key performance metrics, and drives continuous improvement initiatives; ensures organizational compliance with all regulatory and business requirements to maintain an adequate controls environment; and acts as supervisory direct report to assigned personnel.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the organization's Vendor and Procurement Compliance programs
Manage and maintain all policies and procedures for the Supply Chain team
Collaborate with IT to implement and enforce Supply Chain data governance initiative
Serve as main point of contact for internal and external department audits (i.e., vendor, and fuel compliance audits, etc.)
Analyze contract performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
Serve as the Supply Chain team's subject matter expert on new functional technologies (i.e., contract management systems, e-sourcing, supplier hub for electronic invoicing, etc.)
Analyze Supply Chain business processes (i.e., evaluate procurement solutions and contribute to P2P process improvements)
Process Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and supplier contracts and review for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Identify training and development needs based on performance gaps and opportunities
Coordinate training programs to enhance skills and competencies
Define and track KPIs to measure progress towards strategic objectives and drive performance improvement
Prepare and present performance reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders, that highlight achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement
Serve as the Supply Chain team's single point of contact on P2P issues, ERP initiatives, system configurations, or supplier invoicing issues
Design Coupa security roles, approve user role assignments, and approve all system enhancements
Provide support to Coupa user community (i.e., determine specifications for enhancement, solve software problems, provide support to end users, and maintain functional input and prioritization of IT ticket queue)
Partner with cross-functional teams to lead and support performance improvement initiatives, implement best practices, and drive results
Oversee and evaluate document retention practices to ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements
Ensure team members, internal customers, and vendors follow applicable laws and regulations
Act as supervisory direct report for assigned personnel (i.e., performance management, corrective action, training, defining daily priorities, creating work schedules, etc.)
Manage time and attendance for assigned personnel including timecard approval or paid time off
Oversee the hiring of relevant personnel (i.e., collaborate with Human Resources recruiters, perform interviews, select qualified talent, etc.)
Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies by attending all required HSE training sessions, safety meetings, and always utilize proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (equivalent education will be considered in lieu of experience)
Bachelor's Degree, required
Oil and gas industry experience, strongly preferred
Experience in a Managerial or leadership role, preferred
Strong leadership characteristics, able to coach, mentor, train, track performance, enact corrective action, and delegate duties to a team
Personable and collaborative, able to work with cross-functional teams to reach a common objective
Good written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively communicate with vendors and personnel at all levels of the organization
Willing and able to stay current on organizational policies and state, local, and federal regulations
Willing and able to stay current on new technologies and industry best practices
Highly organized and detail oriented with strong time management skills
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, able to utilize data to shape objectives
Proficient working with Microsoft Office 365 applications and able to quickly other work-related software systems
