    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.

    Soliant has joined forces with a school district in proximity to Oakton, VA, in their quest to identify a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the uping school year.

    Job Details:

    • Full-time mitment for the entire school year
    • Oversight of RBTs and other behavioral staff
    • Function in a supervisory role, ensuring program-wide supervision, which includes the training of direct support professionals, person-centered strategies consultants (if applicable), and DSP trainers.
    • Contribute to the development, facilitation, and post-training support in Applied Behavior Analysis, employing both discrete trial training and natural environment training teaching models.
    • Create behavior plans/treatment plans for all individuals, with an emphasis on teaching and employing antecedent strategies to mitigate challenging behaviors.
    • BCBA responsibilities enpass supervising associate behavior analysts' program development and offering continuous assistance and guidance to Direct Support Professionals (DSP) concerning the execution and documentation of Behavior Support Plans.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Active BACB BCBA certification
    • A Master's Degree in Special Education or a closely related field in Human Services
