    Our company is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Permanent Underwriting Assistant to join our team.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our underwriting team, assisting in the evaluation and processing of insurance policies, and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

    Provide administrative support to the underwriting team, including data entry, document preparation, and file management.
    Assist in the evaluation and processing of insurance policies, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
    Conduct thorough research to gather and analyze data related to risk assessment.
    Collaborate with the underwriting team to develop and implement strategies for risk management and loss prevention.
    Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
    Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.

    A minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Underwriting Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role within the insurance industry.

    Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on data.
    A thorough understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
    A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
