What you will do:


  • Conduct initial and followup behavior assessments with patients.
  • Provide consultation and training to parents, school personnel, and therapeutic support staff.
  • Write initial behavior assessment reports and treatment plans in compliance with BACB, insurance, and organization standards.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
  • Participate in Child Study Team Evaluations, provide contracted school consultation and program development.
  • Develop ABA therapy programs, monitor programs, and ensure effectiveness.
  • Prepare 3month/6month concurrent treatment plans in compliance with insurance standards.
  • Provide field supervision of Registered Behavior / ABA Therapists in accordance with BACB standards.
  • Conduct community training programs.
  • Complete ongoing training requirements as required.
  • Submit annual authorization reports, clinical updates, and crisis plans.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Board certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA, BCBA-D).
  • Behavior Specialist/BCBA License for assigned state(s).
  • 1+ years of professional experience as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working with clients with ASD.
  • Experience using ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland and QABF, MAS, FAST and Functional Behavior Assessments.
  • Maintain CEU requirement and BCBA credential with Behavior Analytic Certification Board (BACB).
  • Works with integrity and adheres to the BACB Ethical Code.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:


  • Estimated 50% travel, dependent on need.
  • Travel is local and between the hours of 7am and 7pm, depending upon assigned caseload.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform tasks which include prolonged periods of walking, running, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and stooping.
