Clean Eatz Café in Winter Garden, FL is looking for a full-time Restaurant Supervisor for our 10-employee team.

We are looking for a self-driven, enthusiastic, positive, and reliable person to join in our mission to provide our customers with the tools to live a healthier lifestyle.

We are located on 9250 Miley Drive

• Suite 150; Winter Garden, FL 34787.

Our café hours are
11- 7pm Mon-Fri, and
11-3pm Sat-Sun.


Pay:

$16- $20 per hour (including tips)

• This position reports to the General Manager
• Supervising staff in terms of food preparation, customer service, cleaning, and repairs to restaurant
• Promoting cooperative effort, a team spirit, and good morale among employees
• Delivering excellent customer service including personally greeting guests
• Resolving complaints from customers in a polite, friendly manner
• Performing daily inspections and periodic audits to check safety of equipment and to ensure that food is cooked properly
• Helping with duties of other employees (e.g., cashier, cook, etc.) when necessary, because of an unexpected absence or extra volume
• Performing other workrelated duties as assigned

Qualifications include, but not be limited to:

• High school diploma, GED certificate, or demonstration of sufficient reading and math skills to read manuals and prepare computer reports as required
• Must be able to obtain and maintain ServSafe Manager Certification
• Previous restaurant experience required; previous management experience preferred
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required
• Excellent customer service to treat patrons like family
• Strong communication skills to train and motivate employees
• Strong time management skills and accuracy to deal with a variety of duties and prepare reports according to schedule
