Integrative Medical & Wellness Center in Greenwich Village seeking a strong supervisor/administrative presence to help grow operations


Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of front desk staff, interns, medical assistants and coordination between doctors and other practitioners to ensure smooth operations
• Oversee inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products
• Implement and maintain systems to optimize efficiency
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
• Train and develop team members on proper systems and software
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Pain Management, Aesthetics and Specialist Referrals
• Resolve any operational issues or conflicts that may arise

Experience:

• Previous experience in a medical/wellness practice preferred
• Proven track record in team management and supervision
• Strong knowledge of KPI and organisational proficiency
• Familiarity with EHR, software preferred
• 23 years experience in a Supervisor/Managerial Position
