For our "Sales" department, we are currently seeking a team leader (m/f/d) for the area of "Customer Service for Private and Commercial Customers" in Taylor Ridge, IL.

As a team leader, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all operational activities and play a key role in shaping the realignment and expansion of our customer service:

  • Providing professional leadership and management of the responsible area, as well as continuous support and development of employees
  • Managing and optimizing the organizational processes to ensure availability and service responsiveness
  • Independently clarifying complex and nonstandardized issues and providing technical support and guidance
  • Managing and further developing the complaint management system
  • Handling and resolving customer inquiries and business transactions in the ticket system (e.g. registrations, cancellations, changes to master data, billing clarifications, customer identification)
  • Forwarding relevant information to the appropriate departments to ensure customer consultation by subject matter experts
  • Processing and handling correspondence related to written customer contacts and inquiries
  • Creating statistics and evaluations of key performance indicators for reporting purposes and deriving recommendations for continuous improvement
