- Organize and lead various activities for children
- Supervise counselors to maintain positive interactions with campers
- Promote Kids Activities programs to boost participation
- Manage camp inventory and coordinate schedules and field trips
- Assist in staff hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of summer camp counselor experience
- First Aid and CPR/AED certifications required
- Ability to handle loud noises and perform various physical tasks
- Previous experience as a Summer camp Supervisor
