Description

Serra Champaign is accepting resumes for a part-time Clerical Admin staff member for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 1pm-6pm and Saturdays 7am-3pm.

This position requires a self-directed, high-energy individual. This requires someone who is 'go-with-the-flow' and is adaptable in any situation.

This individual will wear many hats and should have experience in a full sales and service environment with cross-functional skills in billing, cashiering, and a variety of dealer management systems.


Serra Champaign offers outstanding full sales and service dealership operations across 5 vehicle brands, including Honda, BMW, Subaru, Buick, and GMC; and has one of the largest pre-owned inventories in the State.

Basic Requirements:

  • Primarily receptionist and cashier duties
  • Ability to tackle oneoff special assigned projects (including mailings) with little to no supervision
  • General Admin work including scanning, filing, and organizing records as deemed by the supervisor
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills are required
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Clear written and oral communication skills
  • Strong computer skills (including Microsoft Office
  • Excel and Word & Google Product Suite)
  • Ability to adapt to and utilize a variety of dealership systems
  • Previous dealership experience is preferred but not required
