Our client is seeking a motivated, caring, and problem-solving HR professional that is eager to make a hands-on impact to the employee journey.

The role will drive both the day-to-day HR function to support the organization's rapid growth as well as to manage the corporate facilities at the Batavia location.

• Execute all aspects of Human Resources, including but not limited to talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, performance management, organizational design, culture, risk management, and learning and development.
• Drive strategies around attracting, developing, and retaining highquality talent.
• Create businessoriented policies and procedures.
• Create a talentstrategy that aligns with the vision, mission, and values to drive a highperformance culture.
• Leverage systems and processes for scale and efficiencies.
• Effectively partners with a seasoned executive team and multiple stakeholders including private equity.
• Proactively anticipate and identify employee related issues and present recommendations to Leadership.

• 46+ years of relevant experience in HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree required preferably in the human resources area
• Experience navigating multistate employment and compliance laws.
