- Experience with entering Request to Initiate Purchases (RIPs) and Travel Authorization Requests (TARs)
- Experience with travel booking tools Expense Online (EOL) and Booz Allen Information Exchange (BIX)
- Knowledge of the nuances of travel coordination, including an end-to-end itinerary
- Ability to comprehend, consult, and execute tasking upon reasonable contingencies, when needed
- Ability to conduct two-way communications with suppliers, including monitoring and follow up on outstanding actions and tracking of the correct procurement documentation to ensure timely award of procurements
- Ability to review reports, research errors regarding conflicting information in the procurement documentation, and track and ensure the appropriate government forms are logged for the delivery status of orders through the electronic procurement system
- Ability to assist TDP Leads in populating supporting information regarding travel and material requirements in required systems
- Ability to research, consult, and track multiple taskings concurrently with little to no oversight

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $51,700.00 to $106, annualized USD).The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
