- Responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our clients
- Must be knowledgeable of our products, promotions and events.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online chat
- Be familiar with and communicate commission structure to our clients
- Manage order entry email account to process sample requests from clients
- Assist with events as needed
- Update and maintain all event log sheets (check in, limo, hotel, etc.)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in high end customer service field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Business to Customer Sales experience preferred.
- Strives to meet targets and deadlines.
- Appetite to deliver service levels above and beyond expectations.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Willing and able to work non-traditional business hours.
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial, hyper growth environment where priorities evolve regularly and decisions are made quickly.
