- Provide individual and group mental health therapy services to ARTS residents.
- Share on call responsibilities with Program Director for clinical issues.
- Complete initial assessment of ARTS clients after admission in order to develop initial treatment plan and start development of discharge criteria.
- Coordinate regular case staffing's of all ARTS clients; review and update treatment plans, observation frequencies, and case staffing to include input from multidisciplinary team (Therapist, LPN, MHT, and Program Director as needed).
- Responsible for completion of clinical comprehensive psychosocial assessments.
- Provide psychiatric rehabilitation educational support to ARTS staff (including in-services).
- Maintain ongoing awareness of client's whereabouts including outings, weekend passes, medical appointments, etc.
- Assist the Program Director in maintaining licensure requirements.
- Contact appropriate physician for emergency situations when required.
- Must ensure concise and timely completion of all paperwork or documentation, including but limited to, administrative, clinical or case load requirements.
- Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to management and funding sources as directed by Program Director.
- Assist and attend monthly staff meetings.
- Respond to emergencies and provide crisis intervention.
- Perform all other duties assigned by the Program Director

The Program Therapist is an exempt position responsible for the clinical programming of ARTS, including but not limited to the wellbeing of clients. Coordinate the overall delivery of the psychosocial rehabilitation services related to client treatment plans.
