    Our Corporate office is located off of White Rock Road in Rancho Cordova and is the main hub of our Human Resources team.

    We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized HR Senior Analyst to join our growing team.

    The Senior HR Analyst will spearhead in-depth compensation analysis, provide strategic Human Resources insights, and play a key role in the evolution of HR reporting and metrics.

    This role will administer activities related to payroll and the company benefits program, including leading and supporting leave and job modification requests.

    The Senior HR Analyst will be a subject matter expert and serve as the organization's administrator with the company HRIS in conjunction with any other designated individuals.

    Full time- Monday- Friday; hybrid position (in office & remote)

    10 holidays/ 5 sick days per year
    ~ Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits with NO monthly premium for employee
    ~Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
    ~5+ years of experience in compensation analysis
    ~ Advanced knowledge of HRIS systems, data analysis tools, and exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    ~ Master's degree in a related field
    Prior experience running payroll

    Pay may consider several factors including but not limited to internal equity, experience, specialty, training, hours/shifts worked, business need, and education.
