Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsible for covering the pipeline of teammates who are out of the office due to approved vacation, leave of absence, sick leave, etc.
Communicate with the Mortgage Loan Originator, borrower, etc. on any items needed for the loan
Submit loan files and/or conditions to Underwriting
Complete predraws for Closing
Submit loan files to Closing after final approval
Read updates and comply with all quality control policies
Review Loan Processor reports/dashboards daily
Maintain an accurate communication log
Update comments and communication on all relevant reports
Review all files for company required checklists
Attend QC meetings as scheduled
Attend weekly processor meetings as directed by the Branch Operations Manager
Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
Able to work overtime
Able to travel overnight

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Oneyear certificate from college or technical school
Three to six months of related experience and/or training
Must have a valid and current Mortgage Loan Originator License as required per state regulations
Ability to sit for majority of 8hour workday; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
The noise level is generally moderate

Preferred Qualifications

Strong communication skills
Ability to accurately and efficiently process large volumes of data
