Your responsibilities include:

  • Being the point of contact for staff and members in all operational matters
  • Being the point of contact for all relevant partner companies
  • Complaint management
  • Monthly class planning (in case of absence)
  • Monthly shift planning (in case of absence)
  • Training and monitoring of employees
  • Ordering of consumables
  • Acquiring new members and partner companies on site
