What You'll Do:

Process car deals into accounting systems.
Oversee funding of bank contracts and dealer reserves.
Analyze accounts, general journal entry and schedule reconciliation.
Receive and process paperwork from Body Shop and post accordingly.
Support and assist with Accounts Payable processes.
Filing, scanning documents as needed.
Work under pressure in a fast paced, highvolume atmosphere.
Ability to multitask.
Microsoft excel, word and outlook experience required.
Perform various other accounting responsibilities and business requirements as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

Automotive Dealership Accounting Experience is Required:

DealerTrack DMS experience is preferred.
Excellent work ethic
High integrity
Willingness to learn and take ownership.
