- Coordinate showings in a timely manner by liaising with clients, listing agents, and property sellers.
- Conduct property viewings for interested buyers.
- Offer detailed insights about properties, neighborhoods, and market trends.
- Address client queries and pursue potential leads.
- Support lead agents by showcasing suitable properties to clients that align with their requirements and financial plans, as well as assisting with other tasks as necessary.
- Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships.
- Keep abreast of market dynamics and property valuations.
- Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
- Exceptional communication and people skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving history.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing tools, and Lead Technologies, or a quick learner when it comes to new systems.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.

We are currently seeking a Showing Agent to contribute towards achieving sales targets through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer support. This role is ideal for individuals aspiring to establish or grow a career in the real estate sector. As a Showing Agent, your primary duties will include presenting properties to potential buyers and renters, delivering outstanding customer service, and assisting our lead agents.
