What to expect:

You provide basic and treatment care as well as activating care.
You assess the physical and mental condition of patients and treat them professionally.
You care for and support patients in shortterm care/ambulatory care.
You mobilize patients.
You assist with daily living and household management.
You support the maintenance of social contacts and accompany patients to doctor appointments.
You care for people according to SGB V and XI and take care of new admissions.
You create and revise care plans.
You conduct counseling sessions according to 37.3 SGB XI.
You create documentation according to the structural model, including performance recording.
