Description

This is how your daily work routine or support at our company could look like: You take on the responsibility for our application support during our service hours and communicate with our customers both in writing and verbally.

A stakeholder has a question about our application support? You also act as the first point of contact there. Together with your team, you develop our customers' service catalogs further.

You receive customer inquiries, for example through our ticket system, evaluate them, search for a solution or forward them to the appropriate teams.

Since our service hours are between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, you will always be home in time for dinner.

Don't feel like coming to the office (all the time)? No problem
  • Some members of the team work completely remotely.
