    Job DescriptionEverStaff, a recruiting firm, seeks a candidate for our Direct Hire position with a top client, offering excellent work culture, benefits, and growth potential. We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Application Developer.
    Details:Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8am to 5pm (On-Site) Annual Salary: Up to $100k DOEBenefits:Full Benefits offered and PTO.Overview:We're in search of a seasoned, motivated Senior Full Stack Application Developer to join our vibrant team. This pivotal role involves crafting, executing, and maintaining scalable, efficient web-based solutions tailored to bolster our manufacturing operations.Responsibilities:
    • Craft web-based applications to streamline company processes, ensuring seamless integration between backend and frontend components.
    • Frontend Development: Spearhead the creation and refinement of user-centric, responsive, and visually captivating web interfaces using cutting-edge frontend technologies.
    • Backend Development: Architect, deploy, and optimize robust backend systems for enhanced scalability and efficiency.
    • Business Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and end users, to delineate project requirements crucial for delivering top-tier software solutions aligned with business objectives.
    • Translate project specs into tangible web applications, employing clean, maintainable code while adhering to DevOps best practices and coding standards.
    • Conduct thorough code reviews of fellow Developers' work.
    • Ensure seamless application functionality through structured testing methodologies and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
    • Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation encompassing system architecture, design specifics, and implementation details. Uphold historical records by documenting application development and revisions.
    • Design and administer MS SQL databases, encompassing modeling, normalization, and optimization to uphold data integrity.
    • Execute SQL queries, prioritizing efficiency.
    • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and rectify technical glitches, bugs, user concerns, and performance bottlenecks to optimize application performance.
    • Safeguard operational integrity and user confidentiality.
    Requirements/Experience:
    1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
    2. Minimum of five years' hands-on experience in Full-stack development, emphasizing scalable and maintainable architectures.
    Proficiency in:
    • Business Analysis (Stakeholder engagement)
    • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Agile/Scrum, Developer prioritization, UAT, etc.)
    • Comprehensive grasp of database and web server technologies (MS SQL, Apache/IIS servers)
    • Proficiency in Java is mandatory; familiarity with Python and is advantageous.
    • Frontend languages including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript along with JavaScript frameworks (JQuery, Angular, React, Vue, Telerik Kendo)
    • Back-end technologies encompassing Microsoft SQL, T-SQL, C#/.NET 5, PHP, and Git for version control.
    Moderate knowledge of:
    • User authentication/authorization
    • Kendo UI, jQWidgets, SSIS/SSRS, Crystal Reports, are pluses.
    Nice to have:
