We are currently looking to fill the following position at the municipality of Heiligenberg, starting as soon as possible, with a workload of 50% and an indefinite contract:

Clerk for the municipal treasury / financial administration (m/f/d)

The municipality of Heiligenberg (state-recognized health resort) is located on a high plateau in the district of Lake Constance. The landmark of the municipality is Heiligenberg Castle.

With its 3,200 inhabitants, Heiligenberg offers a high quality of life and has a lively club and cultural scene.

As a modern, future-oriented administration with around 30 employees, we offer you a very diverse, challenging, but above all, varied range of tasks.

Your tasks:

  • Invoicing of invoices
  • Execution of reminder and enforcement procedures
  • Deputy management of the treasury
  • Billing of water and sewage fees
  • Participation in the preparation of annual financial statements
