    Media Development Executive:

    Location: 401 N Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL

    Hours: 8.30am – 5.15pm

    PHMG is proud to have recently celebrated its 25th anniversary. To continue our growth in Chicago, we're recruiting ambitious B2B Inside Sales professionals to join our Chicagoland team.

    You'll be contacting prospective B2B clients by phone to represent PHMG and introduce them to the unique benefits of our audio branding. Our Data team will provide you with leads, but we'll also give you the tools to source on your own and create your own verticals. We only deal with MDs, CEOs and other decision-makers, so you'll always work with the highest levels of professionalism. You will need to have the confidence to hold your own in conversations with these high- level individuals.

    Previous B2B sales experience will give you a distinct advantage, but it's not essential. We're open to people from different backgrounds – including B2C and face-to-face sales professionals.

    What you'll be doing:
    • Connecting with decision makers and selling the unique benefits of audio branding over the phone.
    • Booking quality sales meetings for our world-class outside sales representatives.
    • Cold Calling 100 prospects a day to speak with CEOs and other key company decision.
    • Generating leads and prospecting new business.
    • Verbally establishing quick rapport and establishing needs of company.
    • Exceeding sales goals in place while working in a supportive team environment.
    • Earning commission as early as week two.
    What we look for:
    • 0-2 years of direct sales experience or relevant course work
    • The ability to source great prospects and obtain all necessary information to close the
    • Ability to be the first representation of PHMG with prospective clients and discover needs with the decision makers.
    • A strong drive for success with financial motivation
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed quotas.
    • Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and manage.
    • A coachable individual who's open to new ideas and feedback and is looking to advance their skillsets.
    • Drive, confidence, and a strong work ethic.
    • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, social sales environment.
    • Excellent communication skills, high energy, positive attitude, and ability to be a problem solver.
    • A consistently polished and professional approach to work.
    Training and Development:
    • Comprehensive in-class sales academy course with our internal training manager
    • Bi-weekly training from management on commercial awareness, strategic sourcing, tonality and cadence, closing techniques and a range of other areas.
    • One-to-one training for management and coaching skills upon promotion
    • Additional training from department heads, data support and engineering teams
    • Clear path to progression with promotion opportunities as early as 5-8 months for top performers
