Hiring HARD CORE Accounts Payable and Receivable Accounting Assistants

We are in search of two diligent and committed individuals to fill pivotal roles within our accounting department.


Situated in the greater Phoenix area, these positions present a fantastic hybrid working model that combines the best of both in-office and remote work.

Accounts Receivable (AR) Accounting Assistant (Hybrid)

Core Requirements for the Role:


  • An Associate degree in accounting or related field desirable, with a strong emphasis on the importance of continuing education.
  • Proficient in accounting ERP software, particularly Sage 100 Contractor is a bonus.
  • Experience in the construction sector is beneficial.
  • Solid understanding of general ledger functions and the monthend/yearend close process.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel, including advanced formulas and functions.
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles, with an ability to work accurately under tight deadlines and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities, with an ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring accuracy in grammar and spelling.

Specific Responsibilities:


Concentrate on managing all aspects of accounts receivable, ensuring accurate billing and timely collections, maintaining customer relationships, supporting financial reporting and analysis, and willingness to handle various administrative tasks beyond formal job duties.
