- IT Security Manager
- Exceptional understanding of Risk and Regulatory requirements in the Financial Services industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact across multiple organizations and levels; ability to mentor and coach team members.
- Several years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, IT Risk Management, and Information Security - ability to evaluate and design effective controls.
- Knowledge and experience in performing assessments aligned with regulatory standards.
- Must have excellent communication skills - able to work with and influence senior stakeholders, self-motivated - independent workers, organized and detail oriented who will take initiative and work well collaboratively.
- Responsible for establishing cooperation among the members of a project team who are involved in internal information security functions.
- Champions standards and recommendations for security measures.
- Works operating budgets, identifies project controls, prioritizes team functions and direction, assigns tasks and reviews subordinates work. Manages the information security team to develop and implement security processes and procedures.
