Description

Renewable energy and especially solar technology are the driving force behind the energy transition in Germany. For a well-known manufacturer of solar systems and technology, we are looking for electrical engineering enthusiasts as telephone service specialists and advisors for installers on site. So, get off the construction site and into the (home) office, with regular working hours and attractive pay.

Your tasks

As a telephone service employee, you will support installers on site with all questions regarding the commissioning of system solutions, inverters, battery storage, and more, as well as support with the setup of software products (e.g. energy management). You interpret error codes and initiate error correction, up to coordinating technician appointments and replacement devices. In addition, you will expertly answer general questions about products and services.

Your profile

You have an electrical engineering background, such as an industrial technician (IHK) or higher, an apprenticeship* or a degree* with an electronic/technical focus
You have good communication skills and a high customer focus and service orientation
You are very solution-oriented and accurately investigate errors
Good German language skills in speaking and writing
