Responsibilities:


  • Research and identify potential grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and other funding sources.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop grant proposals that align with the organization's mission and strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate the collection of necessary documentation and information for grant reporting purposes.
  • Maintain accurate records of grant submissions, awards, and reporting deadlines.
  • Monitor grant budgets and expenditures, working closely with the finance department to ensure proper allocation of funds.
  • Take on project management responsibilities, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating program activities.
  • Develop project plans and timelines, identifying key milestones and deliverables.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.
  • Oversee the execution of grantfunded programs, ensuring that activities are carried out effectively and efficiently.
  • Prepare regular progress reports on grantfunded programs for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Evaluate program outcomes and impact, making recommendations for program improvements and adjustments as needed.
  • Stay informed about trends and best practices in grant writing, project management, and nonprofit management.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as nonprofit management, public administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in grant writing, grant management, or program coordination.
  • Strong understanding of grant regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Highly organized and detailoriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of program evaluation methodologies and tools preferred.
Salary :
60k-70k
