Established in 2020, Endeavor Logistics Solutions LLC is a Pinnacle Delivery Service Partner with Amazon. We are among the elite one percent in the entire country and proudly represent the Northeast Region of Pennsylvania. _
We have immediate openings for full-time delivery drivers in Mount Joy._

  • Company provided delivery van
  • Paid uniforms provided
  • Fuel card provided
  • No CDL required
  • We deliver 7 days/week _must have weekend availability_

Delivery Driver Qualifications:


  • Organizational and time management skills are a must.
  • Ability to communicate any issues to management promptly.
  • Able to lift packages up to 50lbs.
  • Must be 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
  • Commercial or workrelated driving experience is a plus.

Must have a clean background, clean driving record and be able to pass a FIVE-panel drug test

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:


  • Comply with all safety rules and work policies.
  • Ability to use GPS technology to deliver customer packages.
  • Use company provided handheld device for routing and customer delivery information.
  • Load, unload, prepare, inspect, operate delivery vehicle safely.
  • Ability to troubleshoot by using all available resources.
  • Ability to remain focused while driving in varying traffic and weather conditions.
  • Ability to enter and exit the delivery van multiple times a day _*this is a physically demanding job*_

Delivery Driver Compensation & Benefits:


  • Starting rate: $21.00 / hour
