We're seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Search Consultant to join our team and further strengthen our presence in the industry.
This senior-level position entails full desk ownership and comprehensive oversight of the recruitment process.The Role:
Taking full ownership of growing and leading our Clinical Operations Recruiting Practice
Cultivating long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical sector, particularly those in Clinical Operations.
Driving business development by establishing new client relationships through strategic outreach.

Who Were Looking for:
Has an established network of clients and candidates within the Clinical Operations space, with a demonstrable book of business.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in Clinical Operations.
Strong understanding of the clinical and regulatory landscape and requirements within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sectors.
Experience sourcing and placing professionals in Clinical Operations roles, including positions in study management, site operations, data management, and clinical project management.
