    About The Position

    A correctional facility is seeking a psychiatric nurse practitioner for locum tenens coverage.
    With vibrant entertainment, art and culture, inspiring cuisine, and stunning outdoor experiences, Austin, Texas lets you create a soundtrack all your own.
    The clinician will be treating adult patients for a Jail-Based Program and attending court orders. Court appearances are on Wednesdays and can be attended virtually.


    Dates Needed: June - Ongoing
    Case Load/PPD: 10
    Shift Type: Day Shift
    Assignment Type: Outpatient
    Assignment Duration: Locums
    Shift Hours: Full time (40 hours)
    Med Checks/Follow-up per day (OP Only): 30 minutes
    Initial Evaluation Time: 60 minutes
    Cases Treated: Community Mental Health, Jail-Based Program/attending court orders
    Call Required: No
