Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for coordinating and managing bids and proposals for Outside Plant Construction Opportunities.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret bid requirements and develop comprehensive proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
• Ensure all bid documents are completed accurately and submitted within specified deadlines.
• Maintain a database of bid opportunities, status updates, and outcomes for tracking and analysis purposes.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to compile relevant information and create compelling presentations and proposals.
• Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform bid strategies.
• Participate in prebid meetings, site visits, and client presentations as required.
• Assist in the development and implementation of best practices and process improvements for the bid management process.

Qualifications, Required Skills/Abilities, and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 35 years of experience supporting bids and proposals in the technology, utility, or telecommunications sectors.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional analytical, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Outside Plant Construction and familiarity with industryspecific terminology is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

$65, $80,000.00 per year
