Essential Functions:


  • Coordinate clinical services by providing oversight, and training of staff clinicians, monitoring clinical services documentation, and developing and maintaining ongoing partnerships with thirdparty, communitybased providers.
  • Coordinate intake, admission, and screenings with minors, and document results according to SWK standards
  • Collaborate with treatment team members and minors to develop service
  • Coordinate that all minors receive onetoone counseling and crisis intervention as
  • Coordinate that all minors receive educational and participate in counseling
  • Continually monitor the mental wellbeing of minors and arrange for appropriate thirdparty services as
  • Provide consultation and documentation regarding clients' functioning, mental health status, and treatment
  • Provide clinical services within Southwest Key, in accordance with licensing and funding source guidelines as needed.
  • Participate in and comply with all meetings, assignments, process improvement, and quality improvement initiatives as assigned by supervisor.

Other Functions:


  • Attend all organizational required
  • Attend all departmental and program meetings to ensure that uptodate information is received and/or information on policy changes or practices is adhered to.
  • Assist in the evacuation of youth as needed due to inclement weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen occurrences.
  • Travel as needed for trainings, conferences or to transport youth to destinations located within the S.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and hazardfree work
  • Always ensure the proper supervision of youth.
  • Respond to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:


_These requirements may be waived with written approval from the ORR Project Officer_

  • Master's degree in social work (MSW) and five years of fulltime direct service delivery experience OR A master's degree in psychology, Counseling, or other relevant behavioral science fields in which clinical training and experience is a program requirement.
  • Licensed to provide clinical services in the State where the care provider is located.
  • For California: LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Psychologist.
  • For Arizona: LMFT, LCSW, LPC, Psychologist
  • One year of supervisory
  • Two years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience conducting clinical interviewing and assessment, as individual and group counseling.
  • Experience working with children, youth, and/or families from highrisk
  • Successful completion of 86 hours of preservice training and job
  • Required to work a flexible schedule to facilitate program
  • Cleared Tuberculosis test
  • Cleared background check from appropriate

  • Experience working with children and youth in inpatient, residential, or detention
  • Experience working with unaccompanied children and/or
  • Turkish, Hindi, Punjabi, Bengali, French, Arabic/English ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing

Physical Demands:

Must be able to obtain Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification and First Aid Certification (CPR). Must be able to

supervise minors indoors and outdoors as necessary. Bending, stooping, and lifting up to 15 lbs. are required to complete daily tasks.
