YOUR TRAINING

You will get to know all departments of production and technology. You will be gradually introduced to the production processes of paper manufacturing. Specialized knowledge will be imparted through inter-company training courses (e.g. pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical engineering) and at the Gernsbach vocational school (Baden-Württemberg).

There, you will acquire theoretical knowledge in fiber material extraction, processing, and testing, operating sheet formation systems, pressing and drying sections, as well as finishing products.
