We are looking for a self-directed leader with a growth mindset to take ownership of our Central Region.
Based out of our Houston, TX office the Regional manager will oversee customers and projects in our Austin, Dallas, and Houston, TX offices.
Our Regional Manager will need to spend time in all regional offices, but will primarily work from the Houston division.
Our hands-on training will allow you to learn all aspects of NSP, so you can understand each facet of the business and begin to think strategically for the region.
This leader must have high emotional intelligence, the ability to build strong relationships, grit, energy, attention to detail, and a strong passion to see the business succeed.
The Regional Manager is responsible for customer retention, financial health of the region and team management/leadership for all divisions in the Central Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- RM is accountable for the operational performance of each division
- RM is required to implement and develop controls and procedures that will ensure project flow, inventory controls, production times, warehouse standards and safety protocols that are in line with the company's established processes
- RM is responsible for managing the construction, delivery, installation, mapping, permitting and servicing of the company's products and services
- RM must maintain a process for billing, collections and overall job costing for financial performance
- RM is required to maintain good will with all homebuilders, government agencies, trade organizations, private entities, and civic organizations within the region
- RM is charged with the hiring, training, management and development of subordinate regional staff

COMPENSATION:
$72,000-$75,000 base salary + $2,000-$5,000 quarterly bonus incentive
