Description
Your tasks
• Providing support for the installation and commissioning of technical equipment, as well as conducting selective training and instruction for customers on-site
• Offering technical advice and troubleshooting for customers both domestically and internationally
• Performing assembly, repair, and maintenance work for an international customer base
• Taking responsibility for customer issues and collaborating with internal departments to find solutions for daily operations
• Acquiring new customers and expanding service coverage for our international clientele
• Advising customers on the availability of equipment options, upgrades, and support contracts to keep them informed and satisfied, while optimizing service revenue
• Promoting a positive image of ATEC in all forms of communication, whether in person, over the phone, or in writing
• Providing feedback on customer and service needs to product managers for future product design and development
• Ensuring all customer issues are properly documented and addressed
• Providing technical support for sales activities
Your profile
• Completed education or training in plant engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electronics, or a related field (motivated career starters are also welcome)
