Job Details:

• The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our students and customers by answering and directing all incoming phone calls to our corporate office.
• Must be able to work with multiline phone system and work in a fast pace environment.
• Will assist our students by providing high quality customer service support.
• Maintain knowledge of school hours of operation and staff availability and functions.
• Ongoing maintenance of Customer Management System files.
• Assist with outgoing mailers to be delivered in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Education: Must have a high school diploma

Customer Service: 1 years

Phone Experience: 1 years

• Spanish: required

Work Hours:
Monday - Thursday| 9:30 am - 6:30 pm Friday|8:30 am - 5:00 pm


Salary:
$16.78/ hour + potential quarterly bonuses

In person, on-site
